Monday - a door opens, stay tuned...I'm keeping it a suprise (its killing me!)
but its BIG! Almost as big as my vet interview...*claps hands in glee*...can't
wait, can't wait, can't WAIT!!
It was finally published in the Journal of Food Protection this month...
This is definitely one of my Top 5 research technician moments:).
